CELEBRATING AN ACHIEVER AT 54; Happy BIRTHDAY SENATOR RAFIU IBRAHIM

Come Saturday, 12th November, 2020, Senator Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim will celebrate his 54th year birthday anniversary. 

Indeed, certain significant milestones in a man's life require celebration. So when Allah in His infinite mercies gave, not just a Senator, but a phenomenon, this unique opportunity to witness his 54th year on earth, it is a matter of great joy that calls for prayer and thanksgiving.

In view of the above, this year's December 12th is set aside to glorify his Creator for how far he has gone both as a sojourner in the private sector and as a politician, through prayer session and entertainment of political associates and well wishers. 

At this stage sir, I want to congratulate you for this wonderful occasion. I salute your undying spirit and determination to better the lots of your constituents and beyond. 

But what is so significant and so unprecedented in the life of the Distinguished Senator, Dr. Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim, as a politician? Unlike other politicians who subscribed to power game politics, he believed that politics is an art of service to humanity. So, imbued with that political philosophy and the goal of institutionalized democracy, the Senator devoted all his legislative duties to debates and decisions that could change the narrative of a country without much enviable legislative presidencies.

As a patriot and philanthropist, he raised the bar of partisan politics. Therefore, there is obviously a lot politicians and political actors across the country can learn from this amiable Senator, Dr. Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim. People should learn from his passion, empathy, dedication, commitment and great desire for the promotion of legislation that has to do with the transformation of the material condition of citizenry and the country as a nation. 

Unlike some politicians who regard politics as an occasional event or when opportunity presents itself, Senator Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim did not shut down his reach to his constituents even with the aftermath of the 2019 general elections. He remained resilient, constant and focused; turning around the political fortune of his political party, PDP in his senatorial district and beyond.

Senator Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim is not just making partisan politics purposeful and meaningful, but has become the engine that is pumping pure and life blood into the structure of the much battered and devastated PDP occasioned by the electoral humiliation of 2019.

On a more serious note, Senator Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim's arrival into politics beamed light of inspiration and rekindled hope in politics. 

A Senator with intimidating political clout, he deserves the greatest and commendation that could be accorded to any great achiever most especially as he celebrates his purposeful, impactful and inspiring 54 years of his life journey on earth. 

Congratulations the people's Senator. A loyal and formidable member of Saraki Dynasty. Happy birthday to our Distinguished Senator, Dr Rafiu Ibrahim. May Allah grant you the grace, mercy and favour to witness more of  the unique days ahead.

Offa/Erin-Ile: Governor Ahmed Solicits Calm Over Judgment, Advocates Dialogue. Senator Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim: A Political Colossus of Inestimable Value . by Tijani Olaegbe  When, on Sunday, 9th January 2022, Senator Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim, in company of his loyalists, admirers, associates and well wishers,  set out to pay homage to HRM Oba Abdulganiyu Ajibola Olusokun 11 , Elerin of Erin Ile, little did the team realise that such August visit was going to be a date with destiny. A Royal pronouncement/ declaration of conferment of Chieftaincy title of Bobaselu of Erin Ile on the visitor; the only and only Senator of no equal.; Senator Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim. Really it happened.  Indeed, the surprise package didn't stop at that.
