Offa/Erin-Ile: Governor Ahmed Solicits Calm Over Judgment, Advocates Dialogue. The Kwara State State Governor, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed has called on the people of Erin-Ile and Offa to remain calm and maintain law and order in the aftermath of a recent Supreme Court judgement concerning the boundary dispute between the communities. Governor Ahmed, in a statement by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Communications, Dr Muyideen Akorede, urged the people of both communities to refrain from publishing or otherwise circulating unauthorized interpretations of the said judgement as the state government is employing dialogue as a means of finding an amicable and sustainable solution to the dispute. *Mega Endorsement for Kwara PDP, as Emirs of Ilesha Baruba, Gwanara, Okuta declare Support For Atunwa .* It was a tale of mega endorsement and heap of support for the Kwara State Peoples Democratic Parties (PDP)  on Friday, as Four notable traditional rulers from Kwara North pledged their support for the PDP Governorship Candidate in the March 2, Gubernatorial election, Rt. Hon. Razak Atunwa. They are the Emirs of Ilesha Baruba HRH Alhaji Halidu Abubakar,  Gwanara, HRH Alhaji Idris Sabi Abubaka and Okuta HRH Alhaji Idris Abubakar and that of Yashikira Emir of Yashikira, HRH Alhaji Umaru Usman Sariki. Ondo-Oyo, Herders Crisis: We Must All Work to Douse Tension, says Saraki 1. I have watched with concern the recent development in Oyo and Ondo States in which quit notices were given to Fulani herders and there were subsequent burning of the property of the Fulani herdsmen in some parts of Oyo State. These happenings have increased tension and unduly raised the temperature in the country. 2. The ugly development in these two states are symptomatic of the continued threat to the unity of our country that we have witnessed on a higher scale in recent times and in different parts of the country, including the South-East  and South-South zones.  3. At this point, I strongly appeal to all of us to work for peace and take initiatives that can douse tension.
