Thoughtful for all well meaning southern kwarans, surely Sen Rafiu Ibrahim was never the first senator to represent Kwara South Senatorial District at national assembly but he became the first to make Kwara South active politically and Kwara State proud Economically at National Assembly.

Gone are the days when we elect 'I support Senator' who only warm bench at the upper chamber which must not repeat it self again.

He is the senator who move to end Nigerian Banking Industry extortion of citizens with unnecessary charges, Aside his feasible personal intervention project in every 7 Local Government of kwara south which is unprecedented in the history of the district, the constituency project is undoubtedly an impactful ones and strategically beneficial to the masses.

He is the first politician to expended a whopping sun of 4Million Naira on an individual just to safe a career, a gesture very uncommon among Nigerian elites including the self aclaimed opposition figures within federal cabinet but as a passionate leaders with Vision beyond political gain and political relevance he did gave 4million Naira to a single person to cross the hurdle of professional dream accomplishment.

His foundation will be the largest vehicle to drive the highest number of students to higher institution of learning in Nigeria from kwara south with their mind blowing JAMB and scholarship program having recorded over 2000 beneficiaries.

As serving senator, he remain the first to establish a foundation to serve humanity devoid of political affiliation, he is a political elite with pure understanding of governance beyond political eye service, he never believe in 95% and 5 % as his empowerment programmes known no political inclination  because I am a case study as opposition member, his support to youth and education is second to none.

I enjoin other well Meaning young and old southern Kwarans to intensify effort on the re-election project of Sen Rafiu Adabayo Ibrahim so the wheel of progress and human development can continue uninterrupted in kwara south very important and Germaine to completely end Bank extortion of citizens in Nigeria.

Surely it time for politics but remember personality content and quality is key to competency.

Offa/Erin-Ile: Governor Ahmed Solicits Calm Over Judgment, Advocates Dialogue. The Kwara State State Governor, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed has called on the people of Erin-Ile and Offa to remain calm and maintain law and order in the aftermath of a recent Supreme Court judgement concerning the boundary dispute between the communities. FAAC: Kwara to Receive N3.2b as April Allocation as LGs Get N2.4b Kwara State Government has revealed its federal allocation figures for April 2019. In statement issued in Ilorin on Wednesday, the State Commissioner for Finance, Alhaji Demola Banu said the state government will receive N3,279,896,086.07 as federal allocation for April. The April allocation, according to Banu, comprises statutory allocation of N1,984,735,503.59, Value Added Tax (VAT) amounting to N865,451,596.07, exchange gain of N3,605,662.04, foreign exchange equalisation of N71,405,769.35, additional NNPC funds amounting to N54,568,854.62 as well as goods and valuable contribution of N300,128,700.40. Banu said local government councils in the state, on their part, were allocated N2,410,239,130.07.
