BADA GETS ROYAL ENDORSEMENT FOR 2019

The entire Olomu in Council headed by His Royal Majesty , Oba Abdul Raheem Adeoti Olomu efon 2nd of Omu-Aran have just endorsed  Tajudeen Samsudeen Bada for the 2019 Assembly race in Irepodun State Constituency.

This was revealed during the Consultative Tour embarked upon by PDP candidate for House of Assembly in Irepodun , Hon Shamsudeen Shola Bada.

Offa/Erin-Ile: Governor Ahmed Solicits Calm Over Judgment, Advocates Dialogue. The Kwara State State Governor, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed has called on the people of Erin-Ile and Offa to remain calm and maintain law and order in the aftermath of a recent Supreme Court judgement concerning the boundary dispute between the communities. Governor Ahmed, in a statement by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Communications, Dr Muyideen Akorede, urged the people of both communities to refrain from publishing or otherwise circulating unauthorized interpretations of the said judgement as the state government is employing dialogue as a means of finding an amicable and sustainable solution to the dispute. I have watched with concern the recent development in Oyo and Ondo States in which quit notices were given to Fulani herders and there were subsequent burning of the property of the Fulani herdsmen in some parts of Oyo State. These happenings have increased tension and unduly raised the temperature in the country. 2. The ugly development in these two states are symptomatic of the continued threat to the unity of our country that we have witnessed on a higher scale in recent times and in different parts of the country, including the South-East  and South-South zones.  3.
